What can be sponsored?

The Main Pavilion
The main pavilion is the main focus for activities at the Eisteddfod. It is full of competitors and
audience during the week, with much activity. The Pavilion is also the main focus of broadcasting
from the Eisteddfod. The Pavilion may be sponsored for a specific time period, ranging from an
individual competition to a whole day. The Pavilion holds up to 2,000 people. Sponsoring the Main
Pavilion gives the opportunity for sponsors to be given prominent recognition for their support of the
festival. Sponsoring the Pavilion allows us to offer the best possible facilities for those taking part.

The competitions which can be sponsored include the 'Action Song' competition on the Monday
evening, and the 'Band' competition on the Friday evening.

You may also sponsor individual evenings in the Pavilion, including the Shows for primary and
secondary school children, and various concerts.

Urdd Gobaith Cymru National Eisteddfod's Main Ceremonies
What about sponsoring one of our main ceremonies, which are broadcast live, and which receive
extensive coverage by the press and media? These are high profile competitions which celebrate
the talent of Wales's youth.

Food and Picnic Areas
This is where people will sit and relax! You can sponsor these areas and be seen to be contributing
towards people's enjoyment of the Eisteddfod!

Welcome hostrs and Signs on the Field
The signs on the field ensure that everyone can find their way and can reach the competitions on time!
